Let's "Make" a Deal!
When talking directly to the seller you have many opportunities to be creative to take care of the seller's needs. You also have the opportunity to bend the deal so it makes you plenty of money. You might get the seller to agree to seller financing. This helps in many ways because seller financing opens up many opportunities for a deal to play for both the seller and the buyer.
At this new session we will learn and practice how to make deals.

All are welcomed to join this event. (You do not have to be a member of Oregon REIA for the Playing Deals class.) Sign up now so you'll get the notification as to where it will be held. This session will most likely be limited to the first 25 who register or show up to the venue.
