Join us at our monthly main meeting! We're making this month's main meeting a Round Table Discussion at our L O N G Table.

We are all experiencing the turbulance as the market changes. What was once an upward trajectory of ever increasing prices is now correcting and we need new tools and targets to make our endeavors cash flow.  Join us as we discuss the changes, the tools and the prospects for this market correction period.

The Main Meetings are usually held the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Topics vary each month from general, deal-making discussions - to presentations on various topics such as legal topics and how to get funded! These meetings generally include:

• Networking (Please note: Zoom Attendees should tune in at around 6:00 PM)
• Introductions 
• Feature Topic or Presentation (approx. 1 hour)  
  • How much does the rise (and fall) of interest rates affect our business? 
• Q&A or General Discussion 

In this meeting we will do informal round table introductions then let people talk about whatever deals they are working on or have recently finished.  We might do deal analysis on those deals. We talk about problems that came up and what investors did to work through those problems. Everyone is welcome to ask for referrals, talk about deals they're looking for or have, or bring a problem to the group and ask for feedback. 

We'll also delve into the dark crystal ball and discuss how politics and interest rates affect our business. 

Attendees are finding great networking opportunities, and regular attendees are making deals with each other. Seasoned professionals to those with imposter syndrome, from the most experienced investors to newbies, everyone is welcomed and encouraged to come and participate in the discussion.
